Our review methodology
Every plan earns an overall score from five weighted dimensions. We assess each from hands-on use and the provider’s published specs — never from what a provider pays us.
Performance
Speed, uptime commitments, the underlying stack (NVMe, CPU/RAM allocation, CDN), and how the plan holds up under real load.
Support
Channels offered, hours, responsiveness, and how knowledgeable the help actually is when something breaks.
Value
The real cost over a full term — intro price, the renewal you'll actually pay, and what's included versus billed as an add-on.
Features
What you get out of the box: backups, SSL, staging, email, migrations, control panel, and resource limits.
AI tools
Built-in AI capabilities — site builders, assistants, and automation — and how genuinely useful they are versus marketing.
Independence — how money affects our ratings
FMAWH, LLC earns affiliate commissions when you buy through some of our links, at no extra cost to you. That funding keeps the site free — but it never changes a score, a ranking, or which plans we feature. A provider cannot pay for a higher rating or a better placement. See our full affiliate disclosure.
Scores are reviewed and updated as plans, prices, and features change — each review shows when it was last reviewed.
